Problems with the eBook – no worries!

Hey Sunshines!

I thought it was time to write a little post on the eBook Coloring Book that you should get with the Brush Pen when you buy it. Currently, the eBook can only be sent manually via Amazon’s mail system, which unfortunately causes some major problems. You need to know that if you’ve unsubscribed all (unimportant) emails from Amazon in your Amazon settings, it’s very likely that the eBook won’t get to you either.

In addition, the gift option prevents the seller from contacting you. If the Brush Pen was purchased as a gift (with gift packaging) and sent to another recipient, there is no way to send a message to the buyer in the seller portal. Why this is so – no idea… with a “normal” deviating receiver, the whole thing is not a problem.

But since I only want to have happy and satisfied customers, it is very important to me to deliver what you bought. So if you did not receive the eBook at least a few days after ordering, please contact me!!! Of course, the easiest way to do this is via Amazon under your order. As soon as you send me a message via “Contact Seller”, I can reply to it. Otherwise, of course, Amazon won’t just get your email address out, which is a good thing. If this doesn’t work, you can write to me on the other social media channels. The fastest way to do this is via Instagram at the moment. Just send a direct message and you will get a quick response.

In the future, the eBooks will be available online by the buyer himself, but until then, it will take a while. As a little beginner that I am, you learn 🙂
